Effective January 27,  you may use TravelNet to change and reissue Family & Friends and yield fare electronic tickets when travel is within or between the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. You are also able  to activate or deactivate pass eligibility for any member listed in the employee's Primary Pass Rider Account (PPR), and add multiple Special Service (SSR) requests (Wheelchair, Infant, Hearing or Speech Impaired). Travelnet is being upgraded to give users more control over their Family & Friends and Yield Fare travel account.

Additionally, refunds for completely unused electronic tickets will be completely automated. Users can also use Travelnet to submit refund requests for partially used electronic tickets or electronic tickets that require additional refund calculations by Passenger Refunds. Additional enhancements will be forthcoming later in 2006, which will provide users even more self-service options.
